Delivery charges for the UK are included in the price of all our products. For our plant collections, however, if you live in the following postcode areas or the Isle of Man or Northern Ireland, there may be an additional charge of £4.50 and a slightly longer delivery time:

KA27 IV41 -49 PA 41 -49
KA28 IV51 -56 PA60 - 78

For Southern Ireland and the Channel Isles, including Scilly, the extra charge will be £10 and extended delivery times.

3 We will always do our best to rush your order to you as quickly as possible. We use the best and fasted delivery services available to us. Apart from our bespoke service, border designs should reach you within 2-3 working days. However, please be aware that plants may take between 5-10 working days to arrive. The bespoke design service normally takes no more than a working week. Delivery times are not guaranteed, and if delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control we will contact you to let you know.

4 Upon delivery of goods, your signature will be required, and after this point you become responsible for the plants. You will need to specify where you want us to deliver your goods. This can be your place of work if you prefer. If you will be out when the goods are delivered you must tell us where you want them to be left. We cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered. Any battered boxes should be returned with the courier.

5 .If you experience any problems with the delivery of your plants or their condition on delivery, we will make every attempt to redeem the situation on your behalf. However, for us to do this, you must quote your unique customer reference number. Email us at info@dreamgardens.co.uk within 5 days of receipt of goods, quoting your name, customer number, address and daytime telephone number, and giving as much detail as possible about the nature of your complaint.

6 Due to the precarious nature of living plants and their cultivation, it may not always be possible to include the exact plants listed in the plant collections. Should this happen, we reserve the right to substitute with care and creativity, similar plants which will recreate the same effect in your garden. Customer satisfaction is of the highest importance to us, and we will make every effort to ensure that the plant collections are always of the best possible quality. We visit our suppliers regularly and always know which plants are at their best at any one time.

About Us

The Authors

The real authors are best friends in real life, and have plundered the depths of their subconscious to create Annie and Suze, with whom they identify to a lesser or greater degree, depending on the lunar phase. They are both avid gardeners, and have many years experience in coping with steep, shady conditions and dry sandy soil. By day their various jobs include garden writing, professional garden designing, researching, editing, and parenting. They are both passionate about empowering others to garden successfully. You can contact them at info@dreamgardens.co.uk

The Designer

Our beautiful site was made possible by the techno-wizardry, design skills, patience, and commitment of
John Boothe, e-mail ermintrude@freenetname.co.uk.
